An Office Manager will be in charge of the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of their office; they will report directly to and work closely with the Corporate office. It will be the Office Manager’s responsibility that their Office Program is in conformance with all existing Title 9 and Health and Safety Code requirements, established by the State and local authorities.
Maintain Office Services
Organizing office operations and procedures
Monitor and record long distance phones calls
Review and approve supply requisitions
Supervise Office Staff
Assign and monitor all staff functions
Recruit and select office staff
Orient and train employees
Evaluate staff performance
Coaching and disciplining staff
It will be his/her responsibility to insure that program standards are constantly met, and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments.
Periodically they evaluate their whole staff, (clerical, instructors and case managers) for quality assurance.
The Office Manager must be bilingual in Spanish and will be called upon to assist Spanish speaking clients when the need arises.

Tuesday 11 am – 7:30 pm
Wed 9:30am – 6 pm
Thurs 11am – 7:30 pm
Friday 9am – 5 pm
Required to work one Saturday per month: 7:30 am – 12 pm
