Position Summary:
Position is in a fast-paced environment that requires a great attention to detail and contributes to the success of the product. As a SDLC Process Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to facilitate clarity through documenting, distributing, and updating details for the team throughout the software development process. 
Critical to success is your ability to juggle multiple tasks such as documenting processes. Coordinate and aggregate information from team members and contribute to the testing process. Success can be achieve in this role through attention to detail and a high level of energy, while maintaining a positive and collaborative environment. 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Support the technology team by coordinating efforts to ensure that processes are being followed and tasks are being updated in our workflow systems
  • Document processes and work with development teams to make sure feature requirements are being documented
  • Participate in and coordinate information for testing software releases before and during development initiatives
  • Participate in meetings and document action items to make sure that information is distributed between all resources
  • Build skills that will include but not be limited to building reports around application usage using reporting tools
  • Willingness and passion for learning, and a desire to be part of building SAAS technologies
  • Desire to be part of a fast paced, growing technology team that will present opportunities for learning new skills that will help to advance the product and the team
  • Daily responsibilities will include
    • Document meeting notes for daily scrums, design sessions, and collaboration sessions
    • Following up on development tasks and efforts
    • Write-ups in our bug tracking software
    • Helping the development team ensure information is updated
  • Great understanding of Excel, and all other Microsoft Office products and ability to quickly learn and utilize other software packages
  • Possess verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical/logical skills
  • Highly organized with 2-4 years of experience working with technology or engineering
  • Experience working within a process driven environment, coordinating efforts and collaboration activities, and documenting task details
  • Trustworthy and prideful in your work; integrity is important in all of your professional interactions
