***Must have reliable transportation and GED or HS diploma
***Must pass drug screening for internship and externship
***Tentative interviews scheduled for April 27th and tentative start date is May 14th or 21st 
Job Summary: Provides a broad range of administrative and operational support for the purpose of providing the intern with valuable work experience and assisting the administrative staff with daily duties.  The intern will have varied responsibilities to include basic office tasks, receptionist duties and special projects.

Essential Functions: 
  • Performs basic office duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mail processing.
  • Processing and scanning of certified mail receipts into document imaging application (ChartMaxx).
  • Responsible for ordering and stocking break room and office supplies.
  • Accountable for taking minutes for the staff meetings.
  • Performs receptionist tasks including answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, and addressing facility issues.
  • Utilizes various software applications to create presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting materials.
  • Collaborate and assist with events.
Additional Responsibilities: 
  • Assists with special projects or research as requested.
  • Complete all intern assignments to include required reading material.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
