Full-time Tuesday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 4:30 pm
Need to be bilingual (Spanish & English)
Need to have healthcare training (CMA or ABC)

Community Clinic in Santa Ana is looking for a Patient Services Associate/Call Center.
Must have healthcare training or experience and must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Must be able to answer and transfer calls, do data entry, complete clerical duties such as scanning and take detailed messages.
Patient Services Associate/Call Center will be the liaison between the clinic, the patients and the doctors.  The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for patient issues, scheduling appointments keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision. Need someone who is friendly, has a positive attitude, great customer service and is comfortable on the phone.

  • Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Make, schedule and re-schedule appointments
  • Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Take detailed messages and relay messages to the correct person
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Bilingual Spanish
